Monday, May 31th, Memorial Day 2006 Today we will be making a lasting memory. Brian, our only drummer, has left the band, but we convinced him to stay on for one last gig (this Saturday at someone's graduation party) and recording session (today at my basement studio). We're looking for a new drummer, so if you are one or have seen one wandering the streets looking for bread, send him over here for an audition. After today's session we'll have the final "Brian Years" recordings ready to upload. They will be the best ones yet for sure. -Charlie Saturday, April 15th, 2006 I apologize for the infrequent updating of the website. Last night was Blues Night and the band played a fun three-song set, including Manic Depression by Jimi Hendrix. It was a great night of music. I hope to get some newer/better recordings on the website. We've all been super busy lately, so practices have been sporadic. Summer is coming, slowly. -Todd Friday, February 24th, 2006 We rocked the EPHS Variety Show! It was last night and tonight, and we played "Don't Wait Up," our newest song. I think we've gained a few more fans after those great performances. No gigs lined up right now, but we'll post 'em when we get 'em. -Charlie Friday, February 3rd, 2006 Thank you to those who saw us at The Depot. We got a lot of good compliments, and it was nice playing for a relatively large crowd. Thank you to The Depot, as well, for having us play there. We'll be back.... -Charlie Saturday, January 28th, 2006 For most of you, we have a couple new songs you've never heard before: Iraq War Vet and Don't Wait Up. We will be playing both of these at The Depot Coffeehouse in Hopkins this Friday: February 3rd, at 7:30pm. There will be 3 other bands performing with us that night, at 6:30, 8:30, and 9:30. So make sure you're there, rather than sitting on your ass at home watching Friends or whatever opiate you masses are amused by. Come be mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically liberated by the power of Soncho Rock on February 3rd! (this message is by no means propaganda. it is 100% guaranteed) -Charlie Sunday, January 15th, 2006 We played very well at TC Underground last week, but the size of the crowd was less than we expected. At least we got our first live album now, though. If you want to buy one, give one of us a yell. Be sure to come see us perform at The Depot on February 3rd (that's a Friday).
